LinkedIn — content and outbound

Run LinkedIn like a revenue channel, not a feed

For founders and executives of B2B companies who know LinkedIn works and have never found the 25 hours a week it demands.

How we’re different

LinkedIn posts open the door. Outreach walks through it.

The writing and the outreach are one job here. What you publish decides who we talk to, and what they say back decides what you publish next.

Your voice, on record

Ninety minutes with a recorder running is the only heavy lift you have. We learn how you argue before writing a word, then test it back at you until you stop correcting us.

Four or five posts a week, done for you

You are never asked to write, design, schedule or publish any of it. You read what is queued, say yes or redline it, and that is the whole ask.

Unearth what your market already rewards

We watch the accounts selling to your buyers and find the posts that outran their own averages. An account beating itself teaches us more than a large one posting into an audience it already bought.

Audience built in your ICP

Growth is aimed, not accumulated. We connect you to people who can sign a contract, so each post reaches more of the room that matters rather than a wider room.

You develop into an industry thought leader

Researched positions, published without gaps, and you stop reading as one more vendor. In time you are the name people cite inside the conversation you want to be in.

Engagement turned into pipeline

Every reaction is a signal with a name attached. We collect them, rank them by fit and by how hard someone is leaning in, then start the conversation on whatever they were reading.

Your calls become next month’s posts

Whatever your buyers push back on is the most valuable writing material you own. The objections from this month’s calls become next month’s calendar.

Everything tracked all the way to revenue

Reach, followers, replies, meetings and deals sit in one line of sight, each joined back to the post or message that caused it, inside your own CRM.

The first four months

Our 12-step process

LinkedIn compounds, which is a polite way of saying the first month looks like nothing. Here is the honest shape of it, so you can tell whether it is working before anyone asks you to renew.

01

Profile audit

Month 1

Your headline, banner, about and featured section rebuilt as a landing page, because every engager checks it before they decide anything.

02

The ICP list

Month 1

Built in parallel — the exact buyers who should be reading you, not whoever accepts fastest.

03

Voice on record

Month 1

One session, 60 to 90 minutes, where we capture how you actually think and the way you argue.

04

Deep research

Month 1

We read your market at source rather than what other people wrote about it, hunting the positions you can defend and nobody else is taking.

05

Researched writing

Month 2

We lead in writing because writing is where research shows — articles built on primary sources and your own arithmetic, so they survive a reader who knows the subject better than we do.

06

Posting rhythm

Month 2

A real cadence — drafted, illustrated, queued and published, once you have approved it and never before.

07

Connection campaigns

Month 2

Requests launch at a deliberately small daily volume, and followers inside your ICP start to grow.

08

Video posts

Month 3

You shoot on your phone; we cut, caption and colour it, filming the ideas that already hit in writing.

09

InMail campaigns

Month 3

Launched alongside the writing, reaching buyers we can message without a connection request at all. By now enough thought leadership has landed that your outreach no longer arrives cold; it arrives with credibility already earned.

10

Replies worked

Month 4

Conversations open in your DMs, and calls typically start getting booked.

11

Cut and double down

Month 4

Formats that produced nothing come out of the calendar; the ones that earn replies get more of the month.

12

Volume scales

Month 4

Daily sending climbs to higher thresholds the account has now warmed up enough to carry.

What you receive

Forty-one deliverables.
Every one dated.

What we report

What we’re building together

The goal was never more followers. It is these six — and if they are not moving, we change the approach.

The first three move early. The last three take longer and are the ones that change the business.

Is this you

Built for one kind of leader, and wrong for another

We would rather tell you on the call than take four months of retainer and hand back a feed nobody read.

Right fit

You, if…

  • ✓You are the founder or an executive, and you want to stand out more in your market.
  • ✓You hold real opinions about your industry and will go on record with them.
  • ✓You want the people who engage followed up with, not just counted.

Wrong fit

Not you, if…

  • ×Everything you publish has to clear a committee first.
  • ×You want it on the company page only, where it reaches a fraction as far.
  • ×You need pipeline this month, not in month four.

Start with your voice. Scale to your whole team.

FAQ

LinkedIn, answered

What happens if the first drafts don’t sound like me?

You say what is off and we go again. Calibration runs until you say it reads right, and your four months do not start counting until then. Nothing publishes in that stretch, so being picky costs you nothing.

How much of my week does this actually take?

Ninety minutes once, then roughly twenty a week reading what is queued. The one part we will not do for you is reply inside your own DMs — that is where deals begin and it has to be you.

Who is actually writing this — you, or someone junior?

Whoever sat in your recording writes the first draft of everything. No handoff to a content mill and no rotating pool of writers who never heard you speak.

Could you end up messaging one of our own customers?

They come off the list before anything sends. Current customers, open opportunities and anyone your team is already connected to are suppressed, and we match on company domain rather than name, so a near-miss cannot slip through.

What if my market barely uses the platform?

Then it is the wrong channel and we will tell you on the call. We check whether your ICP is genuinely active before we quote anything. If the room is empty, no amount of good writing fills it.

If this ends, what stays with us?

All of it, because none of it was ever ours. The profile, the followers, the posts and the connections live on your account. The engagement data and every conversation sit in your CRM. There is nothing to hand back.
